METANOIA MODEL™
The Metanoia Model™ is a proprietary process designed specifically for group or community coaching.Â
The goal of the coaching exchange is to support each group in identifying and making progress toward implementing a policy, system, or environmental change within their organization or system as a tool to transform culture.Â
Most of the coaching industry focuses resources on individuals at executive level positions as a strategy for impact. At Metanoia, we prioritize coaching collective groups towards a common goal.Â
The Metanoia Model™ is a coaching approach designed to be implemented in small (25) to large (500+) community settings. In three (3) hours, community champions are guided through a proprietary six (6) stage coaching process.
